Advantages:great for defense, can turn large amount of water in to ice, and takes a fair amount of time before melting

Disadvantages: doesn't do nay damage, and he must built up the water before it can be used
Advantages: this can allow an opening for a second strike, he can this with "ice wall", this would allow him quicker use of both techniques, but this takes a large toll on his body
